# Pan-Fried Tofu This is what I once improvised. It was quite good. So I occasionally eat this since then. ## Ingredients * A whole block of tofu * Olive oil * Oregano * Black pepper * Red wine vinegar ## Direction 1. Rub olive oil onto the tofu. 2. Pan-fry it. 3. Sprinkle oregano, pepper, vinegar. ## Note I eat this for itself. If you will eat this with bread or something, adding salt might be good. You can substitute vinegar with lemon juice. Only the surface should be hard.
